Check out Ras Alan and the Lions

Ras Alan and the Lions have  performed at numerous family-friendly festivals throughout the US and Jamaica, and continues to be heard on radio and internet stations worldwide. Ras Alan’s blend of traditional mountain music, original lyrics, and reggae beat is a unique combination. His songs are fun, emotional, and socially responsible. Influenced by bluegrass, old time, Southern gospel, jazz, African drumming, and a respectful portion of Rastafari spirituality, Ras Alan’s music is full of life, and the reggae rhythm is extremely danceable.

  For the past couple of years, I have been photographing you and your band around the Bristol, Virginia and Tennessee area while studying photography at Virginia Intermont College. This is one the best Reggae band in the Appalachian area. Coming from Virginia Beach and living around the beach it’s hard to find good live reggae music in the mountains, listening to your vibes made me feel like I was back home on the beach. I had an amazing #sunset #maternityshoot with Faith and her husband Lane! We changed the location due to a last minute add outfit such as the one you are seeing in the first set of photos and I felt that #backbaynationalwildliferefuge we be a more secluded and #prettier sunset location. Sexy Santa Session: Alicia

First I just want to say how amazing Alicia did with her #sexysantasession !!!  She rocked her #curves and brought her #attitude with her to make this session great!!! I was absolutely amazed with her confidence and her willingness to bear the cold temperatures. She #sleighed this session. Towards the end Alicia kicked up a notch and brought her best friend with her to join in for some zesty fun!!! Here is a small sample of her session. Thanks for looking.

Senior Photos :COVID19 ADDITION with Joseph!

 The session had a little bit of a theme for this upcoming 2021 Senior Joseph. This young man enjoys playing his guitar, rooting for his football team the Green Bay Packers, and occasionally acting in school plays. Unfortunately those particular interest came to a screeching halt when the COVID19 Pandemic happened. Currently there is no pro football to be played, most schools in the area have switched to virtual learning so there are no social interaction such as drama or other events happening in the school, and although his guitar lessons were cut short Joseph still plays daily. Checkout a small sample from this absolutely amazing session at a brand new spot that I found out in Smithfield, Va- Windsor Castle Park. I definitely plan on making this my newest go to spot.
